Ruffs and Ruffles
As you probably guessed, it was a very windy morning when I took this photo of a Cactus Wren getting ruffled as he kept watch.
Excellent shot! You seem so close. He would be fluffed up here this morning for sure, we are having very un-southern weather this morning. Brrrrr. Thanks for sharing your warm sunshine. Cheers Kathey
Hi Kathey, This was taken on full zoom so I wasn't particularly close, however some of the Cactus Wrens nearer the house will actually approach quite close to me. Glad you liked the sunshine - stay warm.
