One, Two, Three!

I am so happy that I have found three confirmed Purple Martin nesting cavities in the Saguaros. I just love having these beautiful birds around the yard.

Snack Time

The Antelope Squirrels continue to provide me with hours of entertainment. Not content with merely sprawling out in the shade of our patio, they now bring snacks with them too so they don't have to disturb their siesta time!

All Grown Up Now.

This years litter of baby Rock Squirrels are all grown up now but I just couldn't resist one more picture from back in May when they were still ridiculously cute. What is it about baby animals? My goodness!

Waiting.

This week the monsoon clouds have begun to roll in and we have started having some rain in the area but I have been away in Europe so I have some catching up to do before getting on to monsoon pictures. This is one of my favourite views from my sundown spot. I never tire of it and have endless versions taken at different times of the year.
